Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you as a website visitor.
We use the information that you have given us to provide you with information about ActNow Consulting Ltd.
We may share this information with our Partners at the WhatIf Department, if part of our B Corp Cohort Programme.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Your information is securely stored on the ActNow Consulting client list stored on a password protected file on a personal laptop.
We keep clients’ contact details for the duration of their service contract and in line with legal requirements, for four (4) years following the end of the contract. We will then dispose your information by deletion from the ActNow Consulting client list.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
